An article can only be exchanged free of cost within 7 days if it is unused, tags are intact. Rider will bring in your new exchanged order and collect old one from the customer. ORDER CANCELLATION
Theloftify provides the facility of the order cancellation at any time before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
